![]() I have thought about asking my Dr if he would be okay letting me do Kratom during the day opiates at evening/night. I have thought about completely stopping with pain management and going with kratom only but for me it acts too much like a stimulate (even with quality red kratom) thus for me the opiates are better at least better in the evening when I am trying to sleep. Its a shame they test us for something totally legal and in small amounts harmless even useful on occasion. Details are important for something like this. I don't know enough about how the labs test are done but I think if you test negative at the Presumptive test 50/ng/mL they may not do the Definitive results test at 2ng/mL. Even the Presumptive test at 50ng/mL is significantly more sensitive than the home test 500ng/mL. Big difference between 500ng/mL and 2 ng/mL cut offs though. I have home test that I also use but the cut off is 500ng/mL and confident I will pass that in about 9 days. I may or may not pass but wishing now I did not do the 5g today - even with such a small amount and crazy low cut offs I could very well fail (kicking myself for it). The other day I took 1 time about 5g - this was before I got to thinking about the lab cut off levels vs the home tests at 500ng/mL. At least that's according to everything I read from members.Ī similar scenario happened to me and I failed. Being on Tramadol 4 or 5 years straight I would have expected more withdrawal symptoms. ![]() I think that helped with the withdrawals from Tramadol. Įdit: Sorry forgot that I was using Kratom a couple weeks prior while still on tramadol. Haven't been on tramadol since but I've been on Percocets and Vicodins. Then after a few weeks, maybe a month or two at most the effects and benefits of kratom I weared off. The first couple weeks of Kratom, tramadol was no match for it. I had very minor withdrawal symptoms for about a week. The day I think using Kratom just a few weeks prior helped. I had read about how difficult it was to be get off of tramadol, the sweats, etc.after being on it for 5 years from what I read from members. There are cases where they might, such as workplace accidents, to know if they need to suspend an employee or pull them off a dangerous job, but nothing punitive (docked pay, terminations) is supposed to be done until confirmation, because of false positives and the risk of litigation. They don’t usually report that a failure of the presumptive test has occurred, only doesn’t report anything until a definitive test has been done (if needed.) The party paying for the test doesn’t usually get told that a failure has happened or charged for the confirmation-it’s wrapped up in the cost of the protocol. and whatnot, the cost of the presumptive test materials, and the statistical likelihood of a sample needing GC/MS (or similar) to confirm. The price of the service usually factors in costs of the lab, staff, etc. The presumptive test is only supposed to screen which samples to send for slower, more expensive, Definitive testing.īurning though a ton of reagent or immunoassay tests ends up costing less and taking less time than using definitive and reliable tests all the time.
